Terms of Service

These terms are between [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“RegTask”, “we”) and the company whose account is created (“you”). By creating an account you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of that company.

• One company per account. An account represents a single legal entity. Colleagues join the same account by invitation from an administrator — they should not create a second account for the same company.
• Your credentials. You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials confidential and for what is done under your account.
• Accuracy. The company details you enter appear on documents that have legal effect. You must keep them accurate and correct them promptly if they change.

Before your account can issue invoices we verify that you represent the company you registered. You agree to provide a genuine registration or VAT certificate for that purpose. We may refuse or withdraw verification, and may suspend an account, where the documents do not match the details on the account or where we reasonably suspect impersonation. Everything else in the product remains available while a check is outstanding.

A VAT number identifies one legal entity and may be registered to only one RegTask account.

You own the content you put into RegTask. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Notice, which also sets out the data processing terms that apply where we act as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data about your own customers that you record here.

RegTask produces invoices, receipts and numbering series on your instruction. It is not accounting or tax advice, and it does not file anything on your behalf. You remain responsible for meeting your own record-keeping and tax obligations, including keeping copies of documents for as long as the law requires. Issued invoices cannot be edited or deleted, only voided, so that the numbering stays intact.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the term you choose. Limits on users and customers are those shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. [REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS]

• No impersonation. Do not create an account in the name of a company you do not represent, or issue documents in another company’s name.
• No unlawful use. Do not use RegTask to issue false or fraudulent documents, or for anything unlawful.
• No interference. Do not attempt to access another company’s data, disrupt the service, or circumvent its limits.

We aim to keep the service available and backed up, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. [WARRANTY AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS — TO BE DRAFTED BY COUNSEL]

You may close your account at any time; export anything you need first. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, giving notice where it is reasonable to do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
